This delightful, cozy cottage is set at the confluence of the Benjamin River and Eggemoggin Reach, which is one of Maine’s premier sailing areas.
The Water is easily accessible via steps and features a private pier and float. Enjoy sunsets and peaceful solitude on the deck. Windjammers routinely sail past the cottage and several come into the Benjamin for an overnight anchorage. The view to the west has incredible sunsets.

The owner’s house is adjacent to the cottage, but privacy is assured.

The kitchen has a new stove and refrigerator. There is a separate dining room with a lovely table for four. The living room is bright and open and there is a propane stove for cool nights.
