The Captain’s Quarters is a second floor cathedral loft space perfect for students of Wooden Boat School or folks looking for a deal who spend most of their stay exploring. It is located in a secluded area surrounded by conservation land and waterfront.
There is a queen bed, sitting area and eating/desk area, as well as a compact kitchen.
The galley is fully equipped with under counter fridge, coffee maker, microwave and single burner hot plate; plates cups utensils.
Just 4 miles from Wooden Boat School and the center of Brooklin. Two public launching ramps at Sedgwick on the Benjamin River and in Brooklin at Naskeag Point are easily accessible.
Mount Desert , Castine, Deer Isle and Blue Hill are a pleasant drive from the loft.
