Built in 1898, Left Bank has incredible charming water views. Its deck looks out on Blue Hill bay facing the exit of the harbor with majestic views of Arcadia National Park in the distance.
The house holds a rich history as the former yacht club and site of brutal beast racing. The rustic stone dining room, steeped in character, served as the post-race gathering spot for competitors, with the house itself being a notable addition in 1906. Reflecting on this unique heritage, my father wittily remarked, “I essentially acquired a dining room that happened to come with a house.”
Left Bank has deep water access with a large dock. The house also has two deep water moorings. If there ever was such a thing as pole position, this property possesses those attributes.
The house has seven bedrooms, five bathrooms and three fireplaces and will comfortably sleep 12 guests.
